This Extra Añejos remarkable profile comes from double-oak aging. First aged for over sixteen months in virgin American White Oak barrels, and then finished in French Limousin oak barrels for an additional four months. Behold the intense amber-crimson color, velvet richness and sweet oak aroma.
REPOSADO (rested) Slightly oaky, fruity nose. It makes reference to tequila that has been aged for at least 60 days to less than a year in oak barrels, Reposado Tequila tends to have a some what woody color, and is slightly smoother in taste than blanco tequila, great for margaritas.
ANEJO (Aged) Vanilla, Caramel, Butter. Teqila anejo is aged for a minimum of one year in oak barrel. It is darker than reposado tequila, and it's woody flavor more pronounced. For the first time drinker, we recommended for sipping.
